“you wont believe me? I don’t know if you know this, but Brett Gurney and Andrew Sinay also joined Xowii under Dan!! and guess what? they are going after all Synaura/Elur database to try to get them in Xowii!! This is madness!! people are going to join Andrew or Brett when they are actually joining Dan Maltais!! that is bull#$#@#!”

THIS IS CRAZY ISN’T IT?!

Please keep an eye on those who are trying to recruit you to XOWii. Don’t fall into the trap of ALL those ‘beautiful’ promises / rewards that offer to you. Make sure you do your due diligence and fully aware of what their TRUE MOTIVES are.

Think hard.

Are you attracting the right kind of people in your team? Do you sometimes wondering why some leaders in your company can have a team that is full of spirit? You know what I mean, that kind of feeling.

But when you look at yours, you start to wondering why, you can’t.

You see, who will you bring onboard now and future is all depends on who you want to be. If you choose to be successful (of course everyone wants to) but what exactly do you want?

Do you want your team to have a good team culture and spirit? Or do you want a team that has a high turnover rate? Obviously, the choice is yours.

As you can see, whom you attract to join your team matters. Because we are in a relationship industry, you have to portray yourself as someone whom people know that by following you will lead them to success one day. In this way, as how human psychology works, they will try emulate you and learn what you have to offer to them. In this way, your team turn over rate will be lower and your social cred will spread more faster than you thought.

So, decide today as to who you want to attract and what team culture will you want to build. In this way, your network marketing business is no longer a job but a fun and rewarding journey for you and the people you help along the way.

A keyword is a word or phrase (keyphrase) that you type into search engines. For example, dog training procedures. These are keyphrases. While dog trainer is keyword. Now you must be thinking, there are so many keywords out there, how can I know which one can bring in income for me?

Well, keywords can be separate in to 3 category and they are,

• Informational Keyword
• Research Keyword
• Buyer Keyword

Informational Keyword

These are the keywords that people will search for during their initial phase of buying something. These usually starts with, How – To.

Research Keyword

These are the keywords that people know what they want and they want to justify that their purchase is worth it. These usually starts with, Review or Compare.

Buyer Keyword

These are the keywords that people are ready to buy. These are usually term as money keyword and usually starts with, Buy, Purchase or Order.

So you might think that we can target buyer keyword straight out. Well, logically is correct but some niches are best start from Research phase while some you must start from Informational phase and bring them through your own marketing cycle.

So, let me show you the screen shot first and I’ll explain it later.

As you can see from the above, apparently my friend could not add any friends. Maybe what he does is consider spam to others and others just complain to facebook. And his post sparked many of his friends to comment on his post.

You see, just from the post above, there are people already either being suspended or cannot add any more friends. Despite social networking is new, but the fundamental of socialize still stays. You are what you publish. People may tolerate once in a while of pitching but not long term.

And I know some of my friends whom dislike friends of friends to add them – because some of them are from some “company” to recruit people, so to speak. And if you fall into the category of tagging people with your products or services (where the other party did not consume any of your services or products), you too may face the same situation if they start to file complain against you.

Now, I know tagging is fine unless you know the person personally.

It is like when you walk into a party and interrupt others whom are already chatting away without you introducing yourself. You will feel disturb right if you are the one being interrupt.

So, do socialize and build relationship with each of your friends before selling or pitching them your business or product. People do business with people they like and remember, you are what you publish.

Don’t make a single mistake on social that will ruin your reputation.

Well, we can’t deny the fact that hot product will surely sell by itself – provided that we do pre-sell effectively. However, many newbie or newcomer who come into affiliate marketing, they tend to find something either very popular or they “heard” others affiliate marketers saying that ABC or XYZ products convert. Well, that is not totally wrong. However, if you know how to market that super hot product, you may well earn some commission.

But if you are not? Well, $0 in your clickbank account.

So what is the best possible solution in picking hot affiliate that sells?

There are many ways, but only way that will help pre determine whether that product that you want to promote sells – and that is, research.

This is not the kind research that I’m talking about. It is the kind of research that you will want to do prior promoting. In other words, you need to see if there are money made in the niche and is there any trend for the product and which type of buyer are interested in the product you promoting.

On top of that, you may also want to see if you can promote the product using various angle.

With that being said, this is the 3 ways that I usually go about before starting to promote a product.

1) Pick a product from click bank with >50 gravity.

2) Go to Google Insight to see if the product is rising.

3) Think about how many people will benefit from the product that you promote.

As a whole, social media is divided into 4 quadrants as illustrated below,

As you can see from the above, Social Network Marketing is a subset of Social Media Marketing and it comprises of other 3 main components that make up the whole Social Media Marketing. If you are thinking of implementing any social media strategy into your business, then you have to really consider the 4 quadrant that is illustrated above.

Reason being is, if your customers or prospect sees that you are all over the social media arena in that particular niche, it really portray you as a thought leader and a trusted people or organization to do business with.

No system, business model, no compensation plan will gonna “make you money”. It is you who going to work for it. And ebooks, training materials can only get you that far. So get the butt out and learn and implement what you learn and work closely with your team and upline.

This is the only way that you can make money.

However, one thing that really pi** me off is, most of the invites I receive are from the same trade as I am. But the thing is, do they ever know that MLM is a people relationship business? I once receive friends invite of up to 50 a day. And 98% of them are just empty. You know what I mean.

They don’t even bother to add in personal message function.

The reason why I know is because, I basically go over each and everyone of their profile and see who are they and what they do. But well, most of them are networker but they treat their business like a toy.

What the use of finding friends or potential business partners on facebook without typing in personal message, like,

Hi So-So,

Nice meeting you. I’ve seen that you are a networker too. Shall we connect?

Your name.

See, this is so simple and take you like less than 5 seconds to do it.

The bottomline is, if you are a networker and going around adding friends just like that will not get you anywhere, unless you learn the rope. Right, enough of my ranting and hope if you are reading this post and not doing the personal touch, do so today.

It’s that small details that count – seriously

And I’ve made lots of networkers friends on facebook, even though I’m not under their team. So, that really count dude.

MLM is a people business as many know that and there are many ways to promote a MLM business. But the foundation of it is to show case your credibility and authority you have in a particular niche or business. Article marketing does not come easy for many of us. Many just drop off because they do not have the sufficient knowledge to write on certain topic.

But if we back up and see the whole picture, article marketing gives use network marketer 3 things.

• Backlinks to our website
• Gain more exposure
• Build trust and credibility online

As you can see from the above, these 3 points are the very basic foundation in internet network marketing online. True, you can use facebook, twitter to market. But it all comes down to relationship. How many people can you maintain relationship online at any one point? How many people you can to sort through in facebook?

If you are doing a very successful facebook marketing, you probably know that content is important on your blog and that content directly translate into knowledge which prospect look upon.

And if you are just starting out your article marketing journey, keep to it. Draft up a plan and stick to it. I found that article marketing in network marketing is simple as in other niches. So it’s high time to go in now before if get flooded.
