3 WHYs That Will Kill Your Network Marketing Business

Although we need to know our WHY in our network marketing business, but more often than not, there are other WHY that will kill network marketers dream. The problem here is, not a lot of network marketers know about this and it is silently killing their business and here are the 3 WHY that will kill your network marketing business.

  1. Why aren’t the people I talk to join my company/business opportunity?
  2. Why aren’t people following me on facebook or me?
  3. Why aren’t people listen to me?

As you can see from the above, there is one common thing that is hidden in the question above. Can you guess it? Yes, it is ME. It is all about ME, ME and More ME. Let me explain why.

Why aren’t the people I talk to join my company/business opportunity?

You see, some network marketers, they tend to focus a lot on the company or business opportunity that they forget that they are in a business of helping others. Some marketers that I met are so contradicting. They state in their profile  saying  “we help you to get to where you want to be” but instead, when they approach you, they blah about their comp plan, business opportunity, products etc etc. They talk so much on themselves but left out the one whom are listening to them.

Why aren’t people following me on facebook or me?

Now, this is a biggie. In fact, to have people following you is just a mentality shift on your part. Why people aren’t following you? For most of the time, most networkers who tried hard to brand themselves online or offline, tend to focus a lot of what they can do instead of what they can help their prospect do. I’m pretty sure that if you go “spying” around top earner and popular network marketers, their profile will say about helping individual and not about what they can do. Leave that to companies and corporates.

Why aren’t people listen to me?

You want people to listen to you then you have to listen to your prospect first instead when they start talking to prospect, their mind is giving them a signal that says “hurry up and finish your problems or story so I can sign you up now.” Does it sound like you? If it is, don’t do that. Instead, ask them and help them pass each of their hurdle that they have pertaining to your business opportunity.

So, let’s recap the 3 WHYs,

  1. Why aren’t the people I talk to join my company/business opportunity?
  2. Why aren’t people following me on facebook or me?
  3. Why aren’t people listen to me?

So don’t put the focus on yourself. It is better if someone else put the focus on you and help you spread your brand.

I do agree that we need to listen to our prospects and do the best to give value to them as that’s when people will start to listen. So it’s important to find out the need of our prospects and meet them along the way 🙂
